Restaurant Banner Program

If you own a restaurant in the City of Surprise, please take advantage of our new Restaurant Banner Program! Restaurant owners can choose from two different banners that let residents easily identify what services are available at your location. Banners are FREE, and available for pick-up outside the main entrance of City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza, or to request a banner be delivered, you can email

COVID-19 Business & Workforce Resources

Mayor Skip Hall and I have been diligently working with our Economic Development team to exchange ideas to help our businesses at this time. As such, our Economic Development team has created a website with information for our local businesses and workforce. Please check it out at

If you are a customer looking for ways to help out local business, a business owner looking for the most up to date information from the Governor’s office, or a job seeker looking for employment opportunities, this website has links to current information and resources to help you.
